- Manage business visas, KITAS (new/extension), and IPO (Stay Permit Reporting).
- Coordinate expatriate accommodation, telecommunication, transportation, utilities, maintenance, and office asset management in apartments.
- Manual Worker Management: Manage shift schedules, overtime, contracts, daily monitoring, performance reviews, and coaching for manual workers (OB, OG, drivers, receptionists).
- Handle invoice processing, daily monitoring, and performance reviews for outsourced security services.
- Oversee day-to-day General Affairs operations and administration.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years in General Affairs, Expatriate Management, or Administrative Operations.
- Fluent in English is mandatory. Mandarin skill is additional plus.
- Familiarity with visa processing, KITAS/IPO procedures, and expatriate legal requirements in Indonesia.
- Experience in invoice processing, expense monitoring, contract management, and asset tracking.
- Ability to arrange business trips, manage transportation, accommodation, and utilities for expatriates.
- Skilled in scheduling, monitoring daily tasks, handling employment contracts, and overseeing performance reviews for OB, OG, drivers, and receptionists.
- Capable of supervising outsourced security teams, ensuring service quality, and processing invoices.
- Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with expatriates, vendors, and internal teams, resolving issues efficiently.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate records.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, and administrative tools for documentation and reporting.
