Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new client,
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and create targeted approaches to expand the corporate sales market share.
- Implement strategic initiatives aimed at building long-term relationships with corporate clients and increasing retention and engagement.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with senior decision-makers, key influencers, and stakeholders within corporate organizations.
- Work with team on corporate-related matters, including events, corporate sales training, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution and delivery of corporate wellness initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design engaging programs that encourage clients to increase employee participation
- Use data-driven insights to optimize corporate member engagement, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Regularly meet with corporate clients to assess satisfaction and adjust services to meet evolving needs.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in Bahasa Mandarin and English.
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Other majors will be considered based on relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in corporate sales, business development, or a related field, ideally within the Brand, EO, or B2B sectors.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to assess market trends and develop plans for business growth.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales scenarios and provide tailored solutions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior corporate decision-makers and build strong relationships.
- Attention to detail in managing corporate sales cycles, maintaining client records, and preparing strategic proposals.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
