Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new client,
  • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and create targeted approaches to expand the corporate sales market share.
  • Implement strategic initiatives aimed at building long-term relationships with corporate clients and increasing retention and engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with senior decision-makers, key influencers, and stakeholders within corporate organizations.
  • Work with team on corporate-related matters, including events, corporate sales training, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution and delivery of corporate wellness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design engaging programs that encourage clients to increase employee participation
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize corporate member engagement, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Regularly meet with corporate clients to assess satisfaction and adjust services to meet evolving needs.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in Bahasa Mandarin and English.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Other majors will be considered based on relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in corporate sales, business development, or a related field, ideally within the Brand, EO, or B2B sectors.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to assess market trends and develop plans for business growth.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales scenarios and provide tailored solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior corporate decision-makers and build strong relationships.
  • Attention to detail in managing corporate sales cycles, maintaining client records, and preparing strategic proposals.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • a proactive, self-motivated individual with a passion for corporate wellness and helping businesses improve employee health and productivity.
