Job Description Summary:
- Actively approaching passive candidates through social media, or networking event.
- Mapping external talent pipelines to speed up the fulfillment
- Posts approved job requisitions to the selected channels (e.g. Internal / External Career Portals, External Job Sites, Recruiting Agency).
- Identifies suitable candidates based on job requisition, within the available potential candidate pool e.g. internal employees, past applicants, employee referrals, and invites suitable candidate for job application.
- Reviews and screens external applicants through job portals, recruiting agencies, etc. and channels shortlisted candidates to HRBPs.
- Initiates further candidate assessment including technical, behavioral, and/or other assessment, administers relevant assessments to the candidate and records assessment results in Workday.
- Performs interview scheduling, coordinating between BU HR Specialist and candidates, and updates interview decision based on HRBPs confirmation.
- Initiates reference check as needed, by coordinating with candidate to receive reference contacts.
- Initiates online and social media check as part of the background check for all shortlisted candidates and updates HR BP to review and confirm next steps.
- Creates offering proposal for candidates, gain necessary approvals, and extends the offering proposal and negotiates with candidates.
- Communicates application status to the candidate as and when required.
- Conducts employment check and records results in Workday with relevant supporting documentation and consults supervisor and HR BP to confirm selection decision.
- Initiates medical check for selected candidate and record results in Workday. Keep the HR BP informed of the medical check outcome.
- Initiates immigration and work permit related process in case of foreign nationals including preparation of documents, application and all other activities towards completion of process.
- Perform all recruitment related activities in line with the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Job Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or any related major from reputable University.
- Strong working knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques, including Linkedin Recruiter, job boards, social media platforms and professional networks.
- Possess proven ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing, and achieving objectives while having a long-term perspective of the future state of things and how to get there.
- Excellence verbal and written communications skills in English to develop strong position descriptions, effectively engage with candidates, provide clear updates to stakeholders.
- Excellence interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, colleagues, and candidates, active listening skills, the ability to communicate effectively across cultures, and negotiate effectively with the internal and external.
- Proven ability to handle multiple open requisitions and prioritize tasks in high volume recruitment environment.
- Advances skills in Ms Office (Word, Excel. Power Point).
