Key Responsibilities:
Manage the after-sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
Act as the main contact point for clients after the delivery of products or services.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, technical, customer service) to ensure smooth post-sales support.
Monitor and respond to customer feedback, complaints, or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure proper handling of post-sales documentation and service records.
Support the implementation of service-level agreements and ensure adherence to agreed timelines.
Identify areas for service improvement and work on optimizing after-sales procedures.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree from related major
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in ocean freight forwarding (export & import operations).
Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, documentation, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance.
Proficient in English (verbal and written) for daily coordination and documentation.
