Key Responsibility and Task:
Define, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market scanning and competition analysis to identify trends, new service opportunities, and potential M&A targets.
Analyze data across contracts to identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Lead structured business reviews with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accountability and alignment.
Collaborate with frontline teams to ensure operational execution supports the strategic goals of both company and its clients.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the scale-up of proven concepts across different regions or service lines.
Key Purpose:
The Business Performance role is responsible for designing, managing, and overseeing the strategic business performance framework, leveraging company as global scale, deep customer insight, and an understanding of operational challenges.
This role ensures alignment between corporate strategy and operational execution through results-drive 'performance. management, structured business reviews, and data-informed decision-making.
By combining market intelligence with operational analysis, the role plays a pivotal part in driving performance across the organization. It supports sustainable growth, identifies opportunities for innovation, and scales proven concepts to maximize business impact.
Reporting: Operation Performance Director
Key Areas of Collaboration and Influence:
Internal : P&C, Marketing Communication and All Operation.
External : External Media Platform for Job Online, Campus/ University.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field (mandatory).
Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or other relevant field is strongly preferred.
Additional certifications in Strategy, Financial Management, or Performance Management will be an advantage
Min 10 years of progressive experience in business performance management, corporate strategy, or business development.
Proven track record in leading new ventures, innovation projects, or scaling business units.
Experience with financial analysis, P&L management, and KPI-driven performance frameworks.
Demonstrated success in market entry, product launches, or new business model development.
Strong exposure to cross-functional leadership (operations, finance, marketing, digital).
Background in multinational or large-scale organizations (preferred, especially in industries with complex operations.
