Job Purpose
Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to optimize cost, supplier performance, and compliance while supporting business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead sourcing, tendering, and supplier negotiations in line with HSSE, ethics, and regulatory standards.
Build supplier networks and monitor market trends to identify new opportunities.
Manage supply chain categories, contracts, and supplier performance to ensure cost efficiency and reliability.
Adapt procurement strategies to changing business and market conditions.
Collaborate across Chandra Asri’s supply chain teams to align with company objectives and share best practices.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain (MCIPS preferred).
Experience: 5–10 years in procurement or contracting, ideally in oil & gas, energy, or manufacturing.
Skills:
Strong negotiation, supplier, and stakeholder management.
Experience with end-to-end sourcing and contract management.
Knowledge of procurement laws, compliance, and HSSE standards.
Strategic, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Able to work effectively in virtual and cross-functional environments.
