a. Technical Skills

Experience in system monitoring and troubleshooting applications running on Linux and Windows platforms.

Experience with Monitoring Tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, or New Relic.

Ability to write and execute SQL queries for analysis and troubleshooting.

Experience in incident management using tools such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Jira Service Desk.

Knowledge of log management with tools like ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) or Splunk.

b. Problem Solving and Troubleshooting

Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to application performance and functionality.

Experience in dealing with performance issues, such as slow or unresponsive applications.

Ability to perform root cause analysis for complex application issues.

c. Application Management

Experience in performing deployment and patching of applications using CI/CD pipelines or manual deployment.

Understanding of high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) strategies in an application context.

Experience with backup and recovery procedures for applications and databases.

d. Application Security

Basic understanding of application security and network security.

Experience with firewalls, VPN, and other security tools to ensure applications run securely in production environments.

e. Soft Skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

Clear and efficient communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.

Analytical skills to handle data and provide understandable reports.

Ability to coordinate with development and networking teams to resolve complex issues.

f. Additional Skills

Experience with ticketing systems for handling requests or incidents.

Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and evolving processes.
