We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Developer Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern JavaScript frameworks and a proven track record of leading development teams. As a Frontend Developer Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of user-facing features, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information System, or Information Technology.
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience as a Developer Lead.
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze, evaluate, and identify solutions.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with team members.
- Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React Native, React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- A keen interest in staying updated with the latest trends in IT.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of backend technologies and RESTful APIs.
- Understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
