Required :
- Bachelor degree, with minimum 3 years proven experience as Sales Export
- Having an excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams
- Strong communication in English and logical thinking
- Fast learner, good teamwork, open minded and having the mindset of continous grow
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail for managing data and coordinating multiple tasks efficiently
Responbilities :
- follow up received order by checking all details of order if already correct and could be put in production with complete information
- input all details item into system
- correspondence with sales from world wide to reply any question from them and communicate some inquiry with production
- doing order controlling until the order is shipped
- Quick response and smart follow up to customer's need and customer's satisfaction
