Job Responsibilities:
Prepare, conduct, and record laboratory activities according to available work instructions.
Coordinate with technicians in carrying out testing activities.
Create a list of consumable supply needs and order/communicate with the warehouse team for fulfillment.
Hand over sample analysis to other relevant departments (Mineralogy, Geotech, Mineral) or other than the Mineral Division if necessary.
Report testing progress updates to clients if required.
Report to Metallurgist/Senior Metallurgist regarding the continuity or discrepancies that occur in the metallurgical laboratory.
Implement work safety rules and procedures.
Conduct data collection on the inventory of samples being processed and those that have completed testing.
Job Requirements:
Graduates of D3/S1 in Metallurgical Engineering.
Having 1 year of experience in the same position is an added value.
Strong work ethic, honesty, and responsibility.
Able to work and communicate effectively within a team.
Physically and mentally healthy.
Willing to work in a shift system.
