● Achieve monthly affiliate sales targets in line with overall marketing objectives.
● Grow the affiliate network by acquiring and onboarding new affiliates that align with the brand's niche and target audience.
● Conduct research and analysis to identify potential affiliates that are relevant to the brand category.
● Submit curated affiliate lists and recommendations to the Affiliate Lead for approval.
● Proactively reach out and engage TikTok and Shopee affiliates to collaborate on brand campaigns.
● Develop scope of work (SOW) and content concepts for affiliate partnerships, including Spark Ads, product ownership content, video reviews, virtual try-ons, live sessions, and more.
● Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-performing affiliates.
● Coordinate timely and accurate delivery of products to affiliates for campaign needs.
● Monitor and evaluate affiliate performance, and prepare regular performance reports to measure ROI and campaign effectiveness.
● Manage and respond to affiliate inquiries across all e-commerce platforms in a professional and timely manner.
● Provide support to the Affiliate Lead in executing e-commerce affiliate initiatives and other tasks as needed.
