We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our clients team as an Order Packer & Admin Assistant. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate in basic English, be willing to work on a rotating shift (including weekends), and preferably have their own motorbike for occasional parcel drop-offs and other office errands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure proper labeling and packaging of products
  • Perform quality checks before packing
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of packing area

Administrative Tasks:

  • Assist with basic data entry and inventory updates
  • Generate packing slips and other relevant documents
  • Handle simple customer inquiries or coordinate with relevant team members
  • Ensure inventory records are accurate and updated on a weekly basis
  • May be required to run other administrative errands as needed

Logistics Support (as needed):

  • May be required to deliver parcels when needed
  • Having a personal motorbike is an advantage

Requirements:

  • Able to speak conversational and understand written English
  • Physically fit and able to lift packages
  • Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays
  • Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Possessing a motorbike and valid license is a plus
  • Previous experience in order packing or administrative work is a plus but not mandatory

Placement: RDTX Square and Tebet
Working days: 6 days - 40 hours per week. 1 day off (day off might be on weekdays/weekend, tentatively)
