Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, software, and related equipment
- Monitor infrastructure & application health using Grafana
- Assist senior staff with more complex tasks as needed
- Adhere to company security policies and procedures
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Perform routine backups and disaster recovery operations
- Write and maintain documentation for system administration procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- 1-3 years professional experience in system administration or a similar role
- Experience in PPOB (Payment Point Online Bank) environments
- Strong understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework, especially service operation
- Experience with Grafana for performance monitoring
- Experience and/or familiarity with OS Linux/Unix, NginX, Shell Script, MySQL, Query Logic
- Basic networking knowledge
- Scripting experience (e.g., Bash, Perl, Python)
- Solid understanding of security principles
