Wonderful Opportunity for an Enrolment Officer Dyatmika School, Bali

We are seeking to employ an enrolment officer. Office hours: Monday - Friday with a competitive salary and benefits package

We ask that you:

  • have at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree from any majors and trusted university

  • proficient in English, both spoken and written

  • able to operate computer, Ms. Office products, google worksheet and Internet

  • have a minimum two years experience in enrollment, customer service and administration

It would also be an advantage to have:

  • understand general administrative work

  • have integrity, loyal and honest

  • enthusiastic/passionate and innovative

  • highly motivated, hard-working, quick to adapt

  • work in an organized, professional way

Additional selection criteria include:

  • able to work in a team or independently in a multi-cultural work atmosphere

  • have empathy, can work across departments

  • able to work well and stay focused under heavy workloads to meet certain deadlines

  • a strong sense of customer service

  • have responsible two-way communication skills


Position Summary

Responsible for handling all student enrolment and all inquiries related to Dyatmika School enrolment manually and digitally, school tour and assist in conducting the initial test and new students family interview.
