About the Assignment:
The role of Account Management plays pivotal part in nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with various
stakeholders. Account managers are tasked with the responsibility of overseeing and supporting the needs of partner
drivers, merchants, and other business clients.
Their role involves regular communication with these partners, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing concerns, and
identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth. Account managers also work closely with cross-functional
teams, channeling partner feedback to enhance services and offerings. By deeply understanding partner needs, they
contribute to shaping our strategies and initiatives.

Essential Experience / Criteria:
1. Fluent in Indonesian with a good vocabulary and correct sentence structure
2. Expert in basic mathematics
3. Expertise in Google Workspace application
4. Own personal vehicle
Desirable Experience / Criteria:
1. Experienced in field sales is preferable, additional point experienced in financial institution, banking or similar online
delivery platform.
2. Able to understand English as additional point
3. Passion in F&B industry
