About the role
PT. Supreme Paper Solution is seeking a Staff Sipil to join our growing team at our large-scale brown paper manufacturing facility in Cipeundeuy, Subang, West Java. As a Staff Sipil, you will play a key part in ensuring that construction and infrastructure projects run smoothly, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
What you'll be doing
Planning and overseeing daily civil engineering operations and projects
Maintaining and inspecting factory infrastructure to ensure functionality and safety
Monitoring construction labor activities and on-site performance
Preparing and checking technical drawings and Bills of Quantity (RAB)
Supporting the overall coordination between internal teams and external contractors
Ensuring the timely execution of engineering tasks in line with project schedules
Using engineering software to support project design and implementation
Assisting in budgeting, material planning, and cost estimation processes
What we're looking for
A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Proficiency in engineering and drafting software (AutoCAD, SAP2000, SketchUp, etc.)
Have 1–2 years of experience
Strong work ethic, discipline, and a high sense of responsibility
Ability to prepare and analyze RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Understanding of project workflows and civil construction standards
Willingness to be placed in Subang, West Java
