Deskripsi pekerjaan MICE Project Manager JIA Communications

Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage M.I.C.E project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.

* Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to guarantee seamless execution of M.I.C.E projects.

* Define project scopes and objectives in competitive pitches and market analyses, involving all stakeholders while ensuring feasibility and budget control.

* Create and manage detailed WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) plans to monitor progress, tasks, and timelines effectively.

* Measure project performance using appropriate tools, systems, and methodologies and provide data-driven insights.

* Report project status and escalate issues as needed to management.

* Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment with expectations.

* Conduct risk assessment and contingency planning to identify and mitigate potential project risks.

* Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, and meeting notes.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in M.I.C.E, Tourism, Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

* Minimum 3 years of experience as a M.I.C.E Project Manager in a brand activation, event management, digital, or PR agency managing multiple projects.

* Prior experience working with M.I.C.E companies, Below-the-Line (BTL) agencies, Brand Activation firms, FMCG, and Automotive brands for at least 3 years.

* Established network of clients, vendors, suppliers, and external partners.

* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

* Strong understanding of the M.I.C.E industry as part of the tourism ecosystem, with expertise in digesting creative briefs and translating them into strategic brand activations.

* Experience in brand activation agency business processes, including creative development for pitching decks, media production, creative planning, and campaign execution.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

* Analytical and problem-solving mindset, capable of making data-driven decisions.

* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
