Deskripsi pekerjaan Account Manager MICE & Activation Agency JIA Communications

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships
Develop, manage, and execute integrated event and activation plans
Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, production, and logistics
Monitor budgets, timelines, and KPIs to ensure seamless project delivery
Provide strategic input to enhance brand experiences and client satisfaction
Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and post-event reports
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in activation or MICE industry
Proven track record in managing multiple projects and client portfolios
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Creative thinker with a can-do attitude and attention to detail
Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
