Semar Nusantara, a leading jewelry retail chain in Indonesia since 1969, is looking for a creative and dynamic TikTok Content Specialist to join our expanding team. With over 20 branches across the country, we are committed to delivering exceptional jewelry products and experiences to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative TikTok content strategies to boost engagement and brand awareness.
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality TikTok videos that align with current trends and audience preferences.
- Monitor and analyze TikTok performance metrics to optimize content strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with overall brand messaging and campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest TikTok trends, challenges, and algorithm changes.
- Engage with followers through comments, duets, and live sessions to foster a strong community.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a TikTok content creator, with a portfolio showcasing successful viral content.
- Strong video editing skills using apps like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere.
- Deep understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and best practices.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce entertaining and shareable content.
- Excellent storytelling skills and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
