Deskripsi pekerjaan Technical Product Analyst PT. Bambu Cemerlang Ekspres
OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
- Assist Technical product manager to support BAU on a daily basis, troubleshooting, ticket solving, UAT, and training material creation.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ticket solving (realted to trouble shooting tech) and Monitoring data fix ticket
- Follow and give inside related UAT (e.g. new enhancement development, smoke test) and create training material
- Train to trainer
- Troubleshooting operation issues that might be happening in the system
- Communication with ops-related initiatives and visiting our site (Last mile Node / Sort Centre)
- Creating a Mozi tenant and maintaining the port code
- Data Crunching
- Reporting to line manager
QUALIFICATIONS
- Male/Female
- Good professional attitude
- D3 or S1 degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information systems
COMPETENCY
- Extremely good in Microsoft software like PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Preferably has experience in the same position for at least 1 year or e-commerce
- Understanding basic knowledge of SQL is mandatory
- Have an analytical thinking
- Able to work with a substantial level of accountability
- Able to work individually or in a team and work at fast pace
- Possess administrative skills and problem-solving abilities
- Sociable, communicative, and has good negotiation skills.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 1-year experience in at same work or relevant area
