Deskripsi pekerjaan Investor Relations Akrua Consulting

We are assisting one of our clients, a growing company with over 10+ active branches, in hiring an Investor Relations (IR). This role will be key in managing the company’s communication with investors, shareholders, and the financial community, particularly in aligning business growth across multiple branches with transparent and strategic financial messaging. Furthermoew, act as a bridge between the company and external stakeholders, providing timely and accurate financial insight and strengthening investor confidence through clear, consistent, and strategic communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement investor relations strategies aligned with the company’s multi-branch growth and financial goals.
  • Create and manage investor materials including financial reports, investor decks, and earnings summaries.
  • Coordinate investor meetings, site visits, and communications across branch operations when required.
  • Monitor investor sentiment, market trends, and competitor performance to inform leadership decisions.
  • Maintain investor relations databases and track communications and feedback.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to accurately represent performance across branches.
  • Prepare leadership for interactions with stakeholders and analysts with detailed briefing materials.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial reporting and regulatory disclosure obligations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, equity research, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and investor expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial data.
  • High level of attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Experience working with multi-branch or decentralized companies is an advantage.
  • High level of attention to detail, professionalism, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial databases and IR tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience working with multi-branch or decentralized companies is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
