Deskripsi pekerjaan Finance Manager Akrua Consulting

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our client’s growing business, which currently operates with 10+ branch offices. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, fluent in English, and possesses strong leadership and financial control capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day financial operations across all branch offices.
  • Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support business growth.
  • Act as the Finance Controller to ensure compliance with internal controls, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Conduct financial analysis and reporting to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with all financial and tax regulations.
  • Review and consolidate financial reports from 10+ branches and ensure consistency in reporting standards.
  • Lead initiatives for process improvements and efficiency across finance operations.
  • Support executive management with financial planning and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CMA, or Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Finance Controller in a multi-branch or regional role.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing cross-functional teams.
