About the Assignment:
The Driver Engagement Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing driver satisfaction and fostering a positive driver
experience within our platform. This position involves executing driver engagement initiatives, gathering insights, and
ensuring alignment with local priorities to build a stronger driver community.
The Core Objectives:
1. Driver Engagement Activities and Managing Driver Community
2. Driver Support via Offline Channel
3. Driver Productivity Management
Essential Experience / Criteria:
[Assignment Manager to Edit]
1. Strong communication and organizational skills.
2. Min. Education Bachelor Degree any Major
3. Experience in event planning and execution.
4. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
5. Familiarity with driver engagement strategies and local market dynamics.
6. Proficiency in documentation and reporting.
Desirable Experience / Criteria:
1. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Adept at event execution and logistics management.
3. Analytical skills for gathering and interpreting insights.
4. Commitment to fostering a positive driver experience
5. Work on field

Compensation, Benefit & Facilities:
Gross Basic Salary : 3,880,137
