About the team:
Partnership Support Coordinator
The Core Objectives:
1. Engage and support partners (drivers and merchants) to strengthen long-term relationships and enhance platform
performance.
2. Manage driver-related communications and noise reduction by proactively addressing concerns, coordinating
resolutions, and escalating key issues when needed.
3. Support in the socialization of upcoming projects and operational changes, ensuring smooth alignment across
internal teams and external stakeholders.
4. Assist with day-to-day driver operations, including onboarding, issue tracking, and coordination with relevant teams
for prompt problem-solving.
5. Handle merchant-related support issues in collaboration with account managers, ensuring quick turnaround and
excellent partner satisfaction.
Job Requirement:
1. Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Communication, Management, or related field.
2. At least 1 years of experience in driver/partner operations, community management, or support/engagement roles.
3. Experience in a high-tempo or customer-facing environment is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills:
1. Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially with field stakeholders.
2. Operational coordination and multitasking ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously.
Interpersonal Skills:
1. Service-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
2. Able to work independently while maintaining strong cross-team collaboration.
3. Empathetic and patient when dealing with high-volume partner interactions.
4. Highly organized, detail-driven, and deadline-conscious.
5. Comfortable in dynamic, evolving environments with a hands-on attitude.
