About the team:
Support team drives one of our core values ‘Outserve Our Customers’ and provides support to in-country business
units and a wide range of verticals
About the Assignment:
- Guide our consumers and partners in using our products
- Manage service inquiries and disputes arising from our consumers and partners
- Provide excellent customer service to our consumer and partner base
The Core Objectives:
- Monitor various company communication channels including call center, social media, web inquiries, etc., and
respond appropriately promptly
- Gather feedback from our consumers and partners, observe front-line issues such as booking cancellation reasons,
etc., and report promptly to the supervisor
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the team to improve overall business such as market research, service quality
- Perform administrative tasks involving partner's account (credit top-up, changes in partner's information, etc.
Essential Experience / Criteria:
-Min D3 any major With GPA 2,75
-Min Fresh graduate and max 2 years in the same position (entry-level)
-Willing to work on the shifting schedule (24/7)
-Clear Articulation and good communication in Bahasa
-Sense Of Empathy
-Able to set a friendly tone (Smiling Voice)
-Good analytical skill
-Typing skill with WPM 50 & Accuracy 90%
-Fast response, effective and efficient in working
-Candidate familiar with operating and answering messages on Messenger
-Able to work within a dynamic environment
-Vaccinated min 2 Dose
-Willing to relocate if needed
-Able to understand and answer the question in English (Desirable Experience / Criteria)
Location & Duration of the Assignment (in Weeks or Months): Point Square Lebak Bulus -- 12 Months
KEY POINTS:
- Excel skill, advanced
- Excel test by vendor, result should be attached in the same profile (with excel format)
- Brief candidate: live test during interview (prepare laptop and excel)
- This role will focus more in document reporting, data processing; with basic skill in Customer Service
Test required:
- Typing Test
- Excel Test
1. Basic calculation
2. Quick calculation with Autosum
3. Simple data automation in cells
4. Format numbers
5. Create a table
6. Using manual function
7. Combine 2 columns or rows
8. Similiar with Google sheet" Mandatory
Candidate MUST confirm:
- Ready to follow shifting schedule: 4 AM to 1 PM everyday
- Only process candidates who can join immediately (no notice period will be allowed)
Compensation, Benefit & Facilities:
Gross Basic Salary : 5.396.761
Night Allowance (If Any) : 300.000 (base on assignment & Approval AM by KPI)
Attendance Allowance (If Full) : 300.000 (base on attendance & Approval AM by KPI)
Health Insurance : Card with premi 150.000
