Job Requirements:
- Strong grasp of digital marketing channels (social media, paid ads, KOL, SEO, etc.)
- Able to crack fresh, out-of-the-box campaign ideas rooted in solid consumer insights
- Thinks creatively, acts strategically, not afraid to challenge the brief
- Skilled in building 360 campaign frameworks (digital, content, activation)
- Confident presenter with strong storytelling skills, knows how to sell the idea
- Able to translate complex data into engaging narratives and compelling decks
- Familiar with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or AI-based strategy platforms
- Up-to-date with digital trends, internet culture, and Gen Z behavior
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with creative, account, and social media teams
- Bonus: Has experience pitching ideas directly to clients or senior stakeholders
