Requirements:
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT Tech Support, preferably in the banking sector.
- Understanding of banking business processes and related regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficient in Talend Data Integration and ETL processes is a plus
- Familiarity with OneSumX application and operational support.
- Experienced in analyzing and fixing data/reporting issues, particularly AGR reports.
- Skilled in managing and supporting Change Request Form (CRF) processes.
- Experienced in executing and monitoring End of Month (EOM) processes.
- Knowledgeable in data/system migration, including tools and troubleshooting techniques.
Job Description:
- Perform testing and debugging of jobs developed using Talend Data Integration is a plus.
- Ensure seamless data integration according to defined specifications.
- Provide daily operational support (Business as Usual) for the OneSumX application.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure optimal application performance.
- Analyze and resolve issues in AGR (Analytical, Governance, and Reporting) data reports.
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of the reports with business requirements.
- Assist in implementing Change Request Forms (CRF) for various IT banking projects.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure successful execution.
- Execute and monitor End of Month (EOM) processes in the system.
- Ensure timely and error-free completion of all EOM activities.
- Provide technical support during data or system migration to new platforms.
- Identify and address potential issues during migration.
