Job Overview
Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of training courses related to the consumer finance industry, enhancing employees' professional knowledge and business skills. Additionally, supports team management and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure alignment of training projects with the company's strategic goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (trainer) in consumer finance, mobile brands, or the insurance industry.
- Experience in team management, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate team members.
- Proficient in training material development tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Articulate).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with personnel at different levels.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design targeted training programs based on business needs.
