Job Overview
Responsible for managing front desk operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support while maintaining a professional and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly and professionally.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Being Assistant to Director (meeting schedules, accommodation for business trips).
- Perform basic administrative and clerical duties as needed.
- Assist with other administrative and ad-hoc receptionist tasks.
- Handling customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, finding suitable solutions to resolve issues.
- Conducting administration related to company letter numbers.
Requirements:
- Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
- Time management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
