Deskripsi pekerjaan UI/UX Designer PT Avows Technologies

Responsibilities:

Design and develop user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications that are both engaging and functional.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to visualize and communicate design concepts.
Ensure consistency in design, usability, and accessibility across all platforms.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure designs align with business goals and user needs.
Maintain and improve design systems, guidelines, and UI components for scalability.
Stay updated on UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in UI/UX design.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar.
Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and interaction design.
Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and UI components.
Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
