Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers to achieve revenue targets and grow business from existing customers.
- Develop sales plans and consistently perform sales activities (e.g., client visits), ensuring all administrative sales tasks are well-documented.
- Communicate with customers to ensure service implementation aligns with the contract or agreed terms.
- Resolve operational and financial issues by coordinating problem-solving efforts, including organizing meetings and monitoring progress until resolution.
- Develop and implement sales initiatives and strategies for targeted customers.
- Ensure invoicing processes are aligned with customer agreements and supported by required documentation, coordinating with the finance team to ensure timely payment.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1), Preferably in Shipping, Logistics, Business, or a related field..
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or shipping industry (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication skills, responsible, disciplined, and honest.
- Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin, under a Work From Office (WFO) arrangement.
