Develop plans for employee development, productivity improvement, and efficiency programs.
Maintain and preserve company assets.
Prepare daily reports.

Has strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Understands the work environment in the production area.
Has knowledge in the field of machinery, preferred.
