PT. Dimulti Pilar Narmadi is a consultant company based in Margonda, Depok, West Java. The company was established in 2008 by Mr. Umbul Narmadi, and currently it maintains 4 business scopes: Product compliance, swimming pool contractor, music recording, and media. 

The candidate we're looking right now will be stationed in product compliance division as Junior product handler.  As junior project handler, your main role is to handle projects based on defined SOP. Most of our projects are about assisting customers (importers, distributors, factories, laboratories, or manufacturer) to obtain compliance certificate such as SNI or SDPPI for their products. Therefore, the products can be distributed and marketed legally within the territory of Indonesia. Besides, we also handle compliance project for ASEAN market. So, there will be possibility that you need to handle projects for ASEAN market as well.

Here is the detail of your responsible as Junior Project Handler:

• Monitoring the project from inquiry to delivery

• Answering client's inquiry through phone calls, instant messaging's, e-mails, or any other communication tools

• Discussing with the clients about project planning and strategy

• Conveying information from the related team to the client [and vice versa] in order to maintain the project to run smoothly

• Discussing with partner [government institutions, private institutions, or third-party agencies] when issues occur during the projects

• Negotiating with partners [government institutions, private institutions, or third-party agencies] to get the best offers

• Capture potential clients through various platforms including company websites, company blogs, social media, and other relevant platforms.

• Writing an article to be published in company websites

• Other possible tasks given by management with certain considerations.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates and non-experienced are welcomed

• Able to operate MS Office properly

• Have good communication skills

• Active in English, in both writing and speaking. Communication (written and spoken communication) with clients is mostly conducted in English.

• Have the ability to write articles, understanding WordPress is a big plus

• Discipline, firm, neat, thorough and honest

• Able to work under pressure and can work in a team

• Minimum education is Bachelor from all majors
