Full job description

A modern apartment complex located in the heart of Pecatu, Bali, offering stylish and comfortable accommodation with a contemporary design is looking for a Villa Manager.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on and service-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality. They should have experience managing boutique or luxury villas, ensuring smooth daily operations, high guest satisfaction, and effective coordination across all departments.

Requirements:

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Minimum three years of experience in hospitality operations, villa/hotel management, or related fields.
  • Proven experience working with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) and familiarity with the guest journey from booking to post-checkout.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a small in-house team (housekeeping and maintenance).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in channel manager systems (especially Bed24) and Microsoft Excel for reporting and coordination.
  • Strong eye for detail, especially in maintaining cleanliness, aesthetic standards, and property upkeep.
  • Familiarity with SOPs and hospitality workflows to ensure consistency in guest service.
  • Proactive, reliable, and highly organised with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the property complex, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest communication via OTA platforms (e.g., Airbnb, ).
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by responding promptly to inquiries, requests, and reviews.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and handle any complaints or service recovery needs professionally.
  • Lead and coordinate housekeeping and maintenance staff, ensuring all work aligns with property standards and SOPs.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain the cleanliness, upkeep, and functionality of the property.
  • Oversee minor renovations or repairs and ensure the property is consistently presented at a high standard.
  • Manage OTA platforms and property listings, keeping them updated with current pricing, availability, and accurate descriptions.
  • Operate and monitor channel managers (such as Bed24) to ensure smooth synchronisation of bookings and avoid overbookings.
  • Use Excel and similar tools to track operations, budgets, occupancy, and performance.
  • Ensure all procedures follow the property's standard operating procedures (SOPs) and hospitality best practices.
  • Maintain records of guest registrations, payments, and internal reports in line with property and legal requirements.
