Summary
As a Growth team at SEVEN Retail group, you will play a pivotal role in both defining the growth strategy as well as spearheading the implementation of the business initiatives to grow the business. You will excel in this role if you are a great team player, an excellent problem solver, and a strong executor since you will be working with different teams in the company and managing multiple stakeholders in daily basis.
Job Description
- Own key OKR metrics to drive revenue and profitability
- Identify growth opportunities by analyzing business and customer data
- Execute initiatives like promotions, content or value proposition changes
- Validate solutions through data-driven experimentation
- Share insights with senior management to influence strategy
Requirements
- 3+ years in growth or product roles in a fast-paced environments.
