- Develop and implement a quality assurance framework and KPIs to ensure educational services meet high standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, conducting regular audits and keeping policies updated.
- Create and maintain SOPs for all processes, performing regular internal audits for adherence and improvement.
- Monitor and improve NPS by analyzing feedback and working with teams to enhance student satisfaction.
- Train staff on quality standards, compliance, and SOP implementation to maintain consistency.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights to enhance teaching and operational processes.
- Prepare reports for senior management on QA, compliance, audits, and NPS metrics, maintaining accurate records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Management, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Quality Management, Six Sigma, or ISO standards are a plus.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a quality assurance or compliance role, preferably in the education or training sector.
- Familiarity with quality assurance frameworks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and audit practices.
- Experience with customer satisfaction metrics such as NPS (Net Promoter Score).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data.
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure consistency in processes and procedures.
- Strong communication skills to work cross-functionally with management, trainers, and staff.
- Ability to design, implement, and handle end-to-end audit management.
