- Achieve the funding target set by the company
- Provide the best service to customers
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and build trust between them
- Discuss customers' key financial goals and help them achieve those goals
- Keeping customers updated on their portfolio activities
- Report on all activities that have been carried out
- Bachelor degree in any major
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- Experienced as Customer Service bank (is a plus)
- Able to speak English (is a plus)
