Job Description
Responsible for managing, developing, and evaluating the Digital Business Study Program to align with academic standards, industry needs, and the institution’s mission. Actively contributes to building a learning ecosystem that is relevant to the professional world and establishes strategic collaborations with external parties.
A. Academic & Curriculum Responsibilities
- Teach a minimum of 6 credits (SKS) per semester.
- Conduct at least one research project per semester in the relevant field.
- Carry out community service activities annually.
- Develop and regularly update the study program curriculum, including:
- Serve as an academic advisor to students.
B. Program & Faculty Management
- Ensure all learning activities run smoothly and meet quality standards.
- Validate students’ course registration (KRS) based on information from the admissions team.
- Conduct interviews and microteaching assessments for part-time lecturer candidates.
- Appoint suitable coordinating lecturers and part-time lecturers based on program needs.
- Hold regular socialization and coordination meetings with part-time lecturers.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with lecturers when issues arise.
C. Student & Program Development
- Build strong relationships with students and support their personal and professional development.
- Serve as an internship supervisor for students.
- Invite guest lecturers from industry professionals or academic experts.
D. Partnerships & External Collaboration
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with industries and universities, both domestic and international.
- Initiate real-world collaborative projects between students and companies.
E. Accreditation & Quality Assurance
- Prepare and manage accreditation documents (e.g., BAN-PT, LAMEMBA).
- Coordinate internal evaluations and monitor academic quality.
- Support the achievement of the institution’s OKR (Objective Key Result)
- Chair of CETC (Cakrawala Education Testing Center)
- Manage external certification activities under CETC.
- Design training or certification standards and modules based on industry needs.
- Build partnerships with national and international certification bodies.
- Manage a database of certification participants and results.
- Ensure certification processes comply with quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum Master’s degree (S2) in Digital Business, Management, Information Technology, Entrepreneurship, or other related fields.
- Graduate from a nationally or internationally accredited university.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the digital industry or startup ecosystem.
- Strong passion for education and youth development.
- Capable of leading a team of full-time and part-time lecturers, developing academic strategies, and solving operational issues effectively.
- Skilled in conducting evaluations, delivering feedback, and facilitating strategic discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to work based on targets, OKRs, or other performance indicators.
- Has an active network in the digital industry (startups, corporations, tech communities, or professional associations).
- Able to establish and maintain strategic partnerships with industry partners, universities, and certification institutions.
- High level of commitment to education and student development.
- Innovative, adaptable, and open to change.
- Demonstrates integrity, empathy, and professionalism in mentoring both students and faculty members.
