Responsibilities:
1.Develop, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks for applications and systems that support the electric motor ecosystem.
2.Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both functional and non-functional testing.
3.Work closely with development and product teams to identify testing requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
4.Lead the identification and resolution of software defects, focusing on automation to improve overall testing efficiency and effectiveness.
5.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and integration, ensuring smooth deployments and continuous testing cycles.
6.Perform load and performance testing for various software and hardware platforms, ensuring scalability and reliability.
7.Analyze test results, document defects, and track test progress to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
8.Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in test automation best practices and tools.
9.Stay updated on industry trends, new testing tools, and methodologies to ensure the company utilizes the latest automation technologies.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2.Experience min 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years focused on automation testing.
3.Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test frameworks for web, mobile, and embedded systems.
4.Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or other similar frameworks.
