Overview :

Dibilabs is a digital marketing agency by dibimbing. This position will work under Dibilabs, not under Dibimbing or work for Dibimbing. We are seeking experienced Account Executive that will work with clients.

1. Content Creator Intern - Hybrid

Qualifications:

• Willing to undergo a 3-month internship with Hybrid scheme
• Male or Female (non Hijab!)
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Has proven and strong video editing skills using tools like Capcut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Comfortable and confident presenting on camera.
• Attractive appearance with a professional demeanor.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in content creation for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Familiarity with trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce high-quality content tailored to client needs.
• Confidently appear on camera to create engaging and relatable content.
• Take and edit videos and ensure a polished and professional finish.
• Brainstorm and execute creative content ideas aligned with campaign goals.
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and maintain content quality.
• Adapt to fast-paced environments and deliver under pressure.

2. Video Editor Intern - Hybrid

Qualifications:

● Willing to undergo a 3-month internship with hybrid scheme

● Male or Female

● Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Visual Communication, Film,

Multimedia, or any relevant field

● Proven editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve —

or whatever gets the job done

● Can turn raw footage into smooth, polished edits that tell a story

● Has an eye for pacing, rhythm, and visual flow

● Detail-oriented — you catch that one frame that’s just off

● Can handle feedback, revisions, and tight timelines without losing your cool

● If you can manipulate time, color, and sound like you bend elements — you’re

exactly who we’re looking for

Preferred Skills:

● Experience editing content for social media platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube

Shorts, etc.)

● Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation (a plus!)

● Understanding of current video trends, transitions, and platform-specific styles

● Familiarity with sound design and color grading

● Able to organize files, assets, and timelines like a pro

Responsibilities:

● Edit video content that’s clean, engaging, and platform-ready

● Collaborate with creators and the creative team to bring concepts to life

● Add transitions, music, subtitles, effects, and make everything pop

● Ensure videos are on-brand, on-time, and visually consistent

● Stay updated on trends to keep edits fresh and relevant

● Manage multiple edits at once and meet deadlines (no ghosting!)
