Full job description
The main skills required are those who have experience in operating extruder machines, more value as a consideration if they can handle other machines such as Drawing, bunching, Planetary and others.
Responsibilities
- Operate extruder machines in accordance with operational standards, work instructions and other related documents.
- Perform thorough setup verification before the production process to avoid process abnormality.
- Ensure production output during the production process is in line with standards.
- Use materials for the production process efficiently.
- Report any indications of problems with machines or materials.
- Carry out 5S activities on machines and machine environment areas.
- Ensure machine and work area conditions are safe from potential hazards.
- As an operator, he/she must be able to translate instructions to run the machine according to the plan, standards made, in order to produce high quality cables.
- Able to identify machine problems and report them to the related section.
- Have good quality awareness of products it makes
- Carry out the production process in accordance with Job Order and Production Planning so that the production process becomes efficient and scrap can be reduced.
Qualifications
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) preferably from engineering major
- Willing to work in shifts and rotated to another section
- Having experience working in manufacturing company, especially in Cable manufacturing company
- Job location : Pasar Kemis, Tangerang
