PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in freight forwarding company in finding great talent as a TC1 and TC2 Account Manager with the requirement as follows:
Working location: Jakarta
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement action plans to achieve operating and net revenue targets within the TC1 and TC2 areas.
Formulate short- and mid-term sales strategies based on market trends and customer needs.
Strengthen and maintain relationships with existing customers to maximize business opportunities.
Understand customers’ operations and challenges and provide tailored logistics solutions that support their business goals.
Conduct market research and business intelligence activities to identify new customers and business opportunities.
Plan and execute approaches to develop potential accounts in target industries.
Design and propose comprehensive logistics solutions that go beyond forwarding — including warehousing, transportation, customs, and installation services.
Lead solution-based proposals to improve customers’ supply chain efficiency and cost optimization.
Analyze account potential and manage both individual and team sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Create sales forecasts in line with business plans, analyze gaps between forecast and performance, and take prompt corrective actions.
Identify new functions or services required to enhance solution offerings and propose improvement initiatives to the management team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from any major
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power point)
Fluent in both spoken and written English
5+ years of sales experience in the forwarding industry (logistics sales experience is a plus)
Experience in Air Export Sales to TC1 and TC2 areas (especially value experience in the TC1 area)
Have experience in these industries: Automotive, Fashion, Home Appliances / Electronics, Semiconductor / Electronics Devices, Machinery, and Semiconductor Equipment
Good presentation skills and able to create proposals, quotations, and profit simulations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
