PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in a mechanical and electrical engineering services and consultancy company in finding great talent as a Project Manager (Bali) with the requirement as follows:
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule project tasks, milestones, and equipment lead times.
Define and manage contractor and vendor scopes to avoid gaps.
Estimate internal resource needs and associated labor costs.
Negotiate project costs and schedules to stay within budget.
Assist the BD team with tenders, risk assessments, and client meetings.
Conduct site visits for accurate data gathering for new bids.
Ensure equipment meets or exceeds design specifications.
Coordinate works to avoid disruptions to client operations and prevent penalties.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
At least 5 years’ experience in project management and ACMV systems.
Strong knowledge of chiller plant operations, project budgeting, safety, and risk management.
Practical, responsible, and team-oriented.
Willingness to travel within Indonesia for site visits and meetings.
Fluent in English.
