Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in any major.
● Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales.
● At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor in an FMCG company.
● Valid driver’s license (SIM A).
Responsibilities:
● Visit and manage target Distribution Centers (DCs) in the assigned area.
● Check stock availability and resolve area-related issues, such as store stock
levels, product displays, pricing, etc.
● Propose and execute local promotions and report the results.
● Share company strategies and national promotional plans with sales staff and
exclusive distributors.
● Develop new outlets and distribution channels.
● Train and guide sales staff, while monitoring their performance.
