Job Description:
Job Title: Head of Finance and Accounting
Location: Jakarta
Industry: Manufacturing
Monthly Salary: IDR 100 Mio - 150 Mio Net
Reporting to: Financial Controller (Expat) / Finance Director (Expat)
Job Responsibilities:
1️ Financial Management & Reporting:
- Oversee and ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
- Develop financial strategies to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
2️ Accounting & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and internal controls.
- Manage external audits and liaise with auditors to ensure smooth processes.
- Implement and monitor accounting policies, procedures, and best practices.
3️ Strategic Planning & Business Support:
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions and strategic planning.
- Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
4️ Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.
- Ensure continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting standards.
- Foster a high-performance culture within the team.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree from a top university (local or overseas) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA, CA, CMA, or CGMA certification is highly preferred.
- Must have started their career in a Big 4 accounting firm.
- Fluent in English (mandatory, as the user is an expat).
- Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, IFRS, and GAAP.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
