Job Responsibilities:
- Lead overall factory operations including the Production Department.
- Develop and implement factory policies and procedures.
- Oversee the entire process of new factory construction, from planning to execution.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with all departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Align HR strategies with business objectives in coordination with top management.
- Ensure safety and health compliance is aligned with business goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end new factory construction and setup within the manufacturing industry.
- Previous experience working in a Chinese manufacturing company is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian government regulations related to manufacturing and labor.
- Minimum education: Diploma or Bachelors Degree.
- Familiarity with the Bekasi regional area is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role.
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
- Must hold a valid car driving license (SIM A).
