Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Develop and direct the Commercial & Hotel business strategy to support the company's long-term growth vision and objectives sustainably.
- Grow the Commercial & Hotel business units through market expansion, revenue enhancement, and service diversification.
- Ensure strong brand positioning and create an outstanding customer experience across all business lines.
- Oversee the operational performance of all business units to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to quality standards.
- Control overall financial performance and business profitability through budget allocation, ROI monitoring, and cost optimization.
- Build a strong leadership team, enhance human resource capabilities, and foster a collaborative work culture.
- Lead digital transformation, sustainability initiatives, and service innovation to strengthen business competitiveness.
- Ensure effective risk management and compliance with regulations across all business units.
- Coordinate with the Group CEO, Board of Directors, strategic partners, and external stakeholders to align business direction and interests.
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Work Experience: Minimum 15 years of senior executive experience, with at least 5 years in a CEO, Managing Director, or Group-level leadership role, particularly within commercial property development, hospitality, or integrated real estate businesses.
- Proven success in leading diverse business portfolios, including hospitality, commercial assets (e.g. retail, mixed-use developments), and service innovation.
- Demonstrated capability in managing P&L at the group level, overseeing multi-unit operations, and leading large, multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience driving corporate transformation, business turnaround, or expansion strategies across multiple regions or markets.
- A deep understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and industry-specific challenges in both hospitality and commercial property sectors.
