Edc Specialist ( Product Development )

Job Descriptions:

• Plan & propose product proposition
• Develop acquisition program in order to lead in the market
• Execute product development strategy, product preposition, competitive differentiation as a value added for product
• Implement strategic initiatives to increase customer base
• Create product / program proposal and its cost and benefit analysis
• Involve in the development and implementation of products / program and marketing communications to ensure that they are implemented effectively to its targeted customers and that targets and budgets are achieved
• Manage day to day product / program, handling complaint and problem solving.

Requirements :

• Bachelors degree, in any field
• Exposure to banking and product development will be an advantage
• Good strategical and analytical thinking, proactive
• Having good management, communication and presentation skills
• Computer literacy with creating presentation, calculation & analysis.
• Man or women are welcome with experience 1-2 years
