Job Description:
- Control and monitor the work of the Area team
- Arranging the Team Coverplan and planning visits
- Ensuring the team works and realizes all programs/company policies go well
- Coaching and evaluate team performance
- Create Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as Supervisor SPG/MD or sales
- Minimum education D3 certified, preferably S1
- Decent at operating Ms. Excel and Powerpoint
- Have a vehicle and SIM C (plus value can operate 4-wheeled vehicles)
- Have the ability to remain calm under pressure at work
- Willing to be placed on BSD, Tangerang
